Facilities Assistant and Administrator is required for a very exciting manufacturing site in the Halifax area. Working for a globalbrand who manufacture some of Britain's best loved brands. You'll be part of a company who put people at the heart of what theydo as they continue to grow.
You will be reporting into the Regional Facilities Manager to manage all 3rd party suppliers. These include catering, laundry, garment provision as well as stationary, photocopies, postage providing the link between the factory and ensure standards are maintained on site.
As well as this you'll work closely with the Employee Engagement Advisor and the Factory General Manager to provide administrative support such as help co-ordinate events, book travel, co-ordinate VIP visits and arranging meetings.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday paying c. £25,000 p.a. plus benefits.
Thesuccessful Facilities Assistant / Administrator will have:
* Ideally experience working in a facilities / administrative role within a manufacturing site
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* IT literate in all MS Office packages including Excel and Word
* Good numerical skills and use of social media
Some of your Facilities and Administration duties will include:
* Ensuring the facilities budget is delivered each month.
* Site standards are maintained and developed.
* Management of all 3rd party suppliers.
