* Facilities Coordinator
* £12 per hour (salary equivalent £22,620 per annum)
* 6 month temporary contract starting ASAP
* Role based in Chiswick Park - On-site Monday - Friday



Working for a global FMCG company with some of the best known brands we are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help support their amazing offices in Chiswick Park.



This role is working Monday to Friday on-site 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 45 min lunch break



This role is starting in March on a 6 month contract but will convert to permanent for the right person so this is a great long term opportunity.



Free unlimited Latte's, Cappuccino's and Tea's as well as free breakfast offerings every day and occasionally free lunches as well.



There is no parking on-site so the ideal candidate will live local to Chiswick or easily commute by busor a small train journey.



The ideal candidate will be:-

* Able to hit the ground running with a positive can-do attitude
* First-Class Customer Service skill and understand the impact of first impressions
* Have previous experience workingwithin Facilities
* Have excellent communication skills and use their own initiative
* Be available to start work immediately and happy to commit to an initial 6 month contract
* Be comfortable travelling to Chiswick Park
* Flexibility is essential* Good listening skills are key to this role



Duties will include:-

* Managing Royal Mail - incoming/outgoing post* Working with the courier services - incoming/outgoing parcels
* Stationery online ordering and managing stock levels
*Business Card online ordering via stationery print company
* Creating access cards for new starters
* Managing calendar bookings for the Chocolatiers/Bakers meeting rooms
* Assisting with office layout; moving desks, chairs, opening/closing and dividing panels in Chocolatiers/Bakers meeting rooms
* Service Hubs - checking/reporting printers that are not working, ensuring all copiers are topped up with paper, changing toners
* Weekly site cleaning audits
* Front of House cover during co-ordinatorlunch break
* Daily site checks - H&S and tidiness
