Fleet Administrator is required for an initial 6-month contract working for a global manufacturing company who have offices in Peterborough. This is a hybrid role where you will be based in the office 1-2 days a week and have the flexibility to work from home therest.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company who are going from strength to strength. In reward you will be paid an hourly rate of £12.00 - £14.00 per hour dependant on experience (FTE c. £26,000 p.a.)
The successful Fleet Administrator will ideally:
* Have experienced in fleet administration.
* Able to start on 1st August 2023 and commit to 6 months.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* IT literate in all MS Office packages.
Your duties as a FleetAdministrator include:
* Update records of the Live Fleet list.
* MOT date check - chase MOTs if needed.
* Chase outstanding renewal approvals.
* Crosscheck Motor Insurance Database vs company car database.
* Training records.
* Liaise with finance contacts and lease co-ordinators.
* Co-ordinate and chase delivery dates.
