MCG Construction are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join the team you will be responsible for thefollowing:
* Booking in Services, MOT's, LOLER's, PMI (inspections) with relevant lease / hire providers
* Making sure onthe day of bookings that the vehicles have been taken in to there garages.
* Gathering and monitoring all daily inspections sheets (SF11's) electronic and paper.
* Logging SF11's onto a spreadsheet to make sure all are done on a daily basis
* Speaking / chasing drivers for any SF11's that have not been completed on a daily basis
* Filing the paper SF'11's into relevant folders / filing cabinets
* Logging and reporting any defects found on SF11 forms to relevant garages (Tyres, Windscreens etc)
*Giving updates at daily meeting on vehicles that are off road.
* Chasing garages / lease providers on updates on vehicles that are off the road.
* Liaising with Fleet Department on any issues that may need escalating or more information
