Description:

* Front of House Receptionist - Corporate
* £16 per hour / £120 per day PAYE
* 3 month contract starting ASAP
* Working on-site at their offices in Paddington, London



Working for a dynamic and growing company we are looking for an experienced Receptionist to come on board for an initial 3 month contract starting ASAP



Reception is the most customer facing role in the office and requires a positive and welcoming demeanour always. You will greet business visitors, job candidates and delivery persons throughout the day and provide support to the office and the UK Workplace Manager. Punctuality and the ability to multi-task are key traits for success in this role.



Responsibilities: ·

* Manage multi-line phone system, screening and directing calls, taking messages.
* Ensure guests and visitors are checked into the building system.
* Maintain a clean appearance in the reception area and lobby.
* Greet and assist all visitors and provide a positive experience for all guests and providing hospitality.
* Collecting mail, managing the mail room and distribution process.
* Manage stationery supplies inventory and stocking.
* Manage shipping and receiving needs
* Manage meeting room bookings, keeping rooms tidy throughout the day.
* Manage the food/snacks program for the office.
* Processing invoices and creating purchase orders.* Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
* Other office support duties as assigned
* Support other EMEA offices inad hoc tasks.
* Health and Safety responsibilities. ·
* Help coordinate 'fun' activities in the office!



Skills:* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Prior Reception / Front of House within a corporate environment is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organization skills and calendar management are a must.
* Punctuality and the ability to maintain a calm, courteous and professional demeanour at all times are a must.
* Ability to multi-taskand prioritize in fast paced environment with a hands-on approach, this is not a fully desk based role.
