Are you a fluent German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills? Have you got experience in customer service either in a phone-based setting, or face to face in a retail or hospitality environment? Are you interested in joining one of the UKs largest online retail fashion brands? If so, we have an exciting opportunity tojoin their Customer Excellence Team based out of a thriving modern office. We are searching for motivated individuals looking to progress their career, whilst providing the highest levels of customer service.
Salary - £23,000 + bonus + benefits +office perks
Location - 50/50 remote working split - office based near Watford
Shift Patterns - Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays
Package and Benefits
* £23,000 basic salary
* 5% bonus per annum (50% individual targets, 50% company performance)

The Role
* Working with other German speakers on our Customer Care Desk, communicating directly with customers and answering support queries
* This will be across various channels including live chat, email, and social media
* Provide optimum levels of customer service across all platforms* Excellent development opportunities with paths into senior and team leadership positions, or progression into other parts ofthe business
What We're Looking For
* A motivated individual with a high level of written and spoken German and English
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Customer service experience, either in a contact centre or faceto face
* Confident in working towards targets
* Good multi-tasking ability
* Attention to detail
