Description:
My client, a leading supplier of IT solutions, are currently recruiting for German SpeakingCustomer Service Desk Agents to join them on a remote working contract basis.
The contract will start ASAP, and be on a 6 month rolling basis
The position will involve
* Taking high volumes of incoming calls.
* Aiming to resolve customer queries and faults with equipment.
* Updating queries onto the database.
* Updating system for other users.
* Offer guidanceto clients and identifying faults.
* Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy problem solving. You will have proven experience of working within a call centre/customer service environment. * The ability to speak German fluently (mother tongue preferred)
* Excellentcustomer service skills.
* The ability to learn some technical product information.
* Strong MS Office knowledge.
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
* The ability to pass a vetting procedure (criminal and credit checks)
* A flexibleapproach to working hours
Further Information
* Standard shifts are 9am-5:30pm, but you will be required to work early and late shifts as well. Weekend work is also required.
* Training will be provided
* Fully remote
* Interviews will bevia Zoom
* Rate details - £14.50-£17.50 per hour (inside IR35) (Umbrella rates subject to deductions and weekly umbrella fee).
* Overtime available for unscheduled Saturdays and Sundays
This role has been deemed and assessed and inside IR35 role,The above rates are the umbrella company rates
