I am currently recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer in Tuam, Co.Galway This role starts immediately and will run for approx 6 months.
Duties:
* General office duties to include typing of memos, letters
* Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available.
* Plan, organise and prioritise tasks assigned.
* Ensure deadlines are met and that work levels are maintained.
* Communicate / liaise effectively with all relevant departments.
* Maintain confidentiality of data at all times.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience asadministration support.
* Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement of the role.
* Willingness to assume responsibility, ownership and accountability.
* IT literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Office to include advanced level skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and at least intermediate level skills in Excel.
* Ability to prioritise and handlemultiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent Diary and Inbox Management skills.
* An ability to work within a team environment and be self-motivated.
