On behalf of my client in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, I amrecruiting for a Grade 3 Clerical Officer.
This is a temporary contract for 6 months; 6 hours per week.
Responsibilities:Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
Prepare correspondence and reports.
Assist in organising office events and maintain supplies.
Follow procedures and comply with policies.
Requirements:
Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
Proficient in using word/excel
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
