HIRE DESK COORDINATOR

AINTREE, LIVERPOOL

Up to £28,000 Basic + Parking + Benefits

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently hiring for an experienced Hire Desk Coordinator tojoin our client in Liverpool who is looking to rapidly expand their operation. They are now seeking two Hire Desk Coordinatorsto join the team due to a significant and continued upturn in sales revenue.

The client will include an individual who has worked in a Sales anywhere within the Construction supply chain or who an individual who has worked within the plant hire industry.

THE HIRE DESK COORDINATOR POSITION:

* Working within the Hire & Sales team reporting to the Hire Manager and the Sales Director
* Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries, logging on-hires Daily log and converting newenquiries into orders
* Processing orders to conclusion and coordinating with the yard to ensure orders are fulfilled
* Ensure at all times paperwork is completed speedily and accurately
* Conducting company credit checks to ensure they meet the guidelines
* Processing orders from the ecommerce site
* Produce appropriate computer-generated hire quotations
* Working toteam sales & hire targets to ensure the operation achieves goals
* Communicating with Yard staff to understand stock availability
* Aim to maximise recovery of transport costs on deliveries and collections and appropriate charging of material lostupon completion of hires.
* Attend to call-in-trade clients at the trade counter, converting enquiries to orders and processing to point of dispatch

THE HIRE DESK COORDINATOR PERSON:

* Experiencing of working within a Sales position within any areas of the Construction supply chain, such as, plant hire, builder's merchants, construction company, construction sub-contractors etc.
* Great communication skills with a positive attitude
* Computer literate and easily picks up new systems quicklyTO APPLY:
