My client who is based on the Kinsale Road in Cork is looking for a HR Administrator for a 6 month contract. This role coudl suit a recent HR grad and is an immediate start
Reporting to the HRBP Manager, the role is responsible for payroll support and administration duties working in the HR department.
HR Administrator
* Weekly/Monthly payroll process support
* Month end process
* Liaising with internal departments, at various levels
* Recruitment process end to end
* Generate purchase requisitions and dealing with supplier invoices
* Process employee information into the HR system accurately andin a timely manner
* Complete regular checks and audits across the HR function ensuring data accuracy and compliance
* Ensure compliance of legal compliance for employees working
Requirements:
* Graduate.
* Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
* Must be able to work in a team environment.
* Ability to work on their own initiative.
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft office
