Recognised as an industry leader and a highly reputable employer, the HR Administrator will support the HR team with main administrative duties.

THE HR ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Supporting the HR Director in all aspects of HR and administration to support the function
* Preparing and sending offer letters and contracts of employment
* Running new starter inductions
* Conducting pre-employment checks and referencing* Managing internal recruitment and coordinating with agencies
* Ensuring the HR system is kept up to date
* Scheduling performance reviews
* Ensuring all paperwork is collected and any changes or adjustments made for monthly payroll
* Assistingwith the administration of key HR processes
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 2 years working in the HR area
* Experience in orstrong knowledge or HR
* Experience in supporting recruitment
* Confident to manage a busy workload
