Description:

* £40,000 - £44,000 per annum
* Temporary contract until end of November 2023
* Role based in Leatherhead



Working for a Global FMCG company we are looking for 2 experienced HR Advisors to work as part of the Employee Experience Team who will be supporting employees regarding the closure of their offices in Leatherhead and the move to Kingston later this year.



This is a temporary contract role until 30th November 2023. Towards the height of the consultations this role will require 4 - 5 days on-site at the Leatherhead offices so it would be beneficial if you are local to this area. Maximum salary will be £44,000 per annum working a 36.25 hour week.



Theideal candidate will have HR Advisory level experience, with an operational background, strong ER case management and supportedwith a large scale consultation exercise regarding an office move.



The primarily responsibility will be supporting linemanagers with the individual consultation exercise for a large number of employees, along with any other people issues / employee relations cases arising from the change programme.



Duties for the HR Advisor will include:

* Supporting business leaders, line managers and employees with individual consultation meetings (including any notice meetings, if applicable)
* Planning and scheduling meetings in accordance with agreed timescales, preparing invite letters/emails and calendar invites
* Script drafting, where applicable, and assisting with other relevant documentation or letter writing, where required
* Briefing/coaching line managers and providing legally sound advice and guidance to employees and line managers, taking ownership of collating questions and obtaining answers
* Act as a first point of contact for employees affected by the office move, and their line managers, providing continuity of support
* Support with data capture to ensure accurate reporting to senior management formonthly change check-in meetings or ad-hoc requests for information
* Support any administrative or transactional requirementsassociated with updating employee records in relation to the move, as required
* Attend and support collective consultation meetings if required, taking notes and collating questions / feedback
* Assisting with the production of Q&A documentationor other central comms to employees and/or line managers, where required
* Support employees, inside and outside of their consultation meetings, with their questions or concerns
* Coordination of follow-up paperwork, where required
* Supporting day to day ER casework and BAU work, where required



Required skills and experience:

* Strong HR background at Advisory level
* UK Employment Law knowledge
* Operational change management experience
* Strong ER casework background
* Experience of working with a large scale office move/relocation will be a huge benefit
* Ability to work on own initiative, take ownership and drive activity at pace
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention todetail
* Competent with all Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly professional and confidential
