Munnelly Group PLC is currently looking for a talented HR Advisor to join our expanding Harrow-based team.

Purpose of Role:
The HR Advisor at Munnelly Group PLC has a very high profile. In effect, the HR Advisor acts as the 'face of HR' providing day-to-day HR support across the Group.
Main Responsibilities:
* The administration and updating of Group systems and documentation.
* Acting as the first point of contact for all Group HR-related queries from employees and external partners as well as supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Maintain daily bank reconciliation
* Assisting the Head of HR with various ER cases.
* Manage ad hoc HR projects and produce regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Ideal candidates will possess at leasttwo years' generalist HR experience.
* A CIPD qualification (to at least Level 3).
* An ability to embrace and deliver rapid change.
