THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a well-established and rapidly expanding companybased in Manchester who are looking for a generalist HR Advisor to join their expanding team.
As a HR Advisor you will work directly alongside the company directors to provide HR advice for internal and external staff, whilst assisting with a variety ofqueries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working alongside Directors and Managers to oversee recruitment across the business including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing
* Managing thenew starter process including offer paperwork, contracts and inductions
* Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries in the business
* Work closely with managers and team leaders
* Ensuring accurate HR and personnel details are kept up todate
* Assisting in the development of work practices across the business
* Day to day management of employee relations
*Managing holiday allocations for all staff
* Implementing and improving the HR procedures across the company
* Coaching managers in Employee Relations
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager role is essential
* CIPD Level 3 minimum would be advantageous
* Ability to work independently
* Confident to liaise with and manage staff on site and remotely
* Strong knowledge of HR and ER
* Excellent communication and people skills
