Overview: 
My client is an NHS Trust based inTottenham. You will be required to support the work of the People Services Team for a designated Division by providing high level generalist support, guidance, action and advice in the areas of:
 * Employee Relations - application of key People RelatedPolicies i.e. Discipline, Organisational Change, Grievance, Attendance, Flexible Working.
 * People Related Governance - DBS,Right to Work, Professional Registration & Fixed Term Contracts
 * Recruitment and Job Evaluation
 * People Related Projects
 * holder to work across all domains, including primary care, community and secondary care service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
 * To work with the HRBPs to review and analyse key performance indicators (workforce information, attendance/ absence, ER cases, appraisal, vacancy, bank usage and turnover) to support programmes designed to improve performance.
 * To workwith the HR Manager on change related projects providing HR expertise in respect of role design, skill mix, communication and consultation.
 * To ensure that employee relations information is updated on the Employee Relations Case Tracker and ESR at all times.
 * To support Managers with maternity, retirement, redeployment and any other relevant queries in respect of staff management.
 * To work in partnership with staffside in support of effective employee relations processes and change management.
Qualifications and Experience:
 * Understanding of the role of HR in an NHS Trust
 * HR/ER experience
 * Low level employeerelations casework (e.g. attendance, performance, disciplinary)
 * Considerable experience of working with Electronic Staff Sysetms
 * Broad awareness of employment legislative framework
 * Knowledge/understanding of confidentiality issues.
 * Knowledge and understanding of the importance of equal opportunities in relation to human resources activity generally
