HR and Accounts Manager

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager who will lead their efforts and deliver best in class HR practice in their business. The successful candidate will have a strongadministrative, analysis and HR background and promote excellence in efficiencies and accuracy.

They specialise in Automotiveparts and logistics and the position is based in Co. Monaghan.

Key Responsibilities
HR Management & Support

* LeadRecruitment, on-Boarding and inductions of new hires, to include managing HR documentation, personnel records and internal databases.

* Support compliance and control risk functions across all HR and payroll activities
* Responsible for Performancemonitoring and staff progression
* Participate in HR and Payroll projects, as part of our continuous improvement ethos and engagement
* Carry out disciplinary procedures and handle grievances as required.
* Prepare weekly reports for Managing Director and Operations Manager
* Additional duties and tasks as required, as the role evolves.
Accounts

* Accounts Payable andReceivable

* VAT returns for Irish and UK company
* Submit monthly PAYE payments to Revenue
* Process weekly payroll
*Process invoices for trade customers
* General Office Management
* Preparing monthly interstat reports
You will

* Haveprevious HR and payroll experience

* Have accounts administration experience/Strong understanding of accounts
* Have a strong understanding of aligning HR strategy with Business strategy
* Have previous exposure to finance and financial reporting* Have a Strong Commercial Acumen
* Be Systems Driven
* Have the ability to work on your own initiative
