HR Business Partner is required for one of the UKs leading technology, print and telecoms companies who have amazing offices based near Victoria, London. Working within a collaborative team within a company who have a great culture and really value their employees.

This is anexciting opportunity to join an award winning and growing SME for someone who wants to make a difference, be heard and supportedand an opportunity to be creative.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who not only can deal with all things HR but really concentrate on Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellness and Engagement and Recruitment. This role is a very visual role, engaging with the leadership team and employees.

You will be based in the office in Victoria, London. Working 2 days in London and 3 days at home - 9.00am - 5.00pm.

In reward you will be paid a salary c. £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. plus 26 days holiday (plus BH), pension, Perkbox etc.

The successful HR Business Partner will have:

* CIPD qualified.
* Previous L&D experience.
* Have managed the internal recruitment.
* Strong background working for similar SME's.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and legislation.

Some of your duties as HR Business Partner include:

* Support the Headof HR with the daily HR operations.
* Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process - working with external suppliers and your HR Co-ordinator.
* Support all learning and development activates utilise the internal learning portal this includes delivering management workshops.
* Actively promote and deliver employee well-being and engagement activities.
*Support the creation and deliver of DE&I strategy.
* Advise management on best practice for absence management, performance management and people related matters.
* Support the HR Co-ordinator with all on-boarding/off boarding.
