My client based on the Kinsale Road in Cork is currently looking for a Plant HR generalist to business partner with theirIndustrial plant. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will work hard to ensure the full HR service is delivered at the highest standard across all areas from employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and retention, training, and development.
As HR generalist you will work with and engage team members and stakeholders both in our Office and Factory setting tohelp build the organisation and people capability while implementing Group guidelines, methodologies, policies and plans at Plant level.
Main Responsibilities:
Working within a team you will be the first point of call for all people and HR related queries for on site employees. You will support the Plant HR Manager in carrying on the Plant HR Agenda and cover all policy& processes, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, learning & development, H&S, budget and work force planning.You'll be providing advice & guidance to stakeholders and work closely with them on projects related to organizational change and process efficiencies.
Who we are looking for:
This role would suit someone with experience as a generalist HR, ideally within a manufacturing/industrial relations background. It would be ideal for candidates that are looking for a more dynamic and faster paced HR generalist role, and are able to navigate matrix organizations
* You will be methodical, personable and outcome focused.
* Ideally candidates should have a CIPD qualification.
* You will have strong employee relations experience and be able to effectively manage daily HR matters alongside strategic projects.
* Candidates should be able to translate and align business priorities to HR actions.
