Description:

My client who is based in Co.Limerick is looking for an experienced HRBP to join their growing team.



Supporting ateam of over 1,000 colleagues across the Operations Function, this role will support across all aspects of HR and must possessa high level of attention to detail who is comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment.



Key Accountabilities:* Support and assist the management team across the full HR spectrum, providing them with tools and guidance
* Co-ordination of end-to-end recruitment and selection process in line with business needs
* Ensure HR employee and time and attendance related systems and files are accurately maintained
* Developing and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory legislation and industry best practice
* Provide support and guidance to management team with HR queries and employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance, performance and probationary management
* Provide support for L&D, Engagement and HR project-based activities as required to support the business* Continuously improve HR service delivery, identify and recommend opportunities for improvement
* Carry out additional dutiesas required by the HR business Partner and/or HR Director

Requirements:

* 3-5 years' experience within a HR support role, ideally within a similar fast paced environment
* Relevant HR related 3rd level qualification and / or CIPD certification* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines while maintaining strongattention to detail
* Excellent administration skills with the ability to set up and maintain accurate work systems
* Priorexperience with HR and Time & Attendance systems and a strong understanding and working knowledge of HR policies, processesand procedures
