Our Galway based client is seeking a fledgling HR professional with fluency in DUTCH to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate to gain invaluable experience with a large MNC.
The Job:
* The HR Information Specialist will be theperson of contact for employees based in the Netherlands and Belgium on a wide range of questions including; legislation, employment terms & HR systems.
* The successful candidate will liaise with employees to explain company HR Policies, benefits and procedures.
* You will will retain ownership of assigned cases until closure with the end.
* You will assist with a wide variety of general admin projects, provide technical and skilled clerical support.
* You will generate letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other HR related documents
Essential Criteria:
* Fluency in Dutch is paramount to this role.
* Weare seeking an individual qualified to degree level in HR or Human Resources Information Systems discipline.
* 1-3 years HR experience or relevant diploma with 2+ years customer experience will be considered.
