My client in Titchfield are seeking a HR Officer on a 3 month contract basis (full time 37 hours per week).The role is paying £140 a day for the duration of the contract.
As HR Advisor you will contribute to the delivery of joined up and effective HR services by both contracted and in-house providers. A CIPD qualified or suitably experienced HR professional, you will have experience in developing terms and conditions of employment, managing high risk cases and delivering in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
The position holder will:
* Use knowledge of terms and conditions to help develop employment contracts, policies and supporting documentation for this unique workforce
* Balance stakeholder requirements with employment law and civil service requirements
* Manage high risk cases ensuring that advice is timely and appropriate
* Have experience of managing casework, ideally through to preparation for court cases (preparing documentation, supporting stakeholders and working with solicitors)
* Possess demonstrable and current knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
* Assist with the development of workable requirements for all aspects of the people services functions
* Support in the engagement with suppliers
