Concept Resourcing are looking for a HR Workforce Planning Lead to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £500-550 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous UKgovernment or public sector experience.
* Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
* Experience of programme/project management which will include significant organisation, presentation and networking skills.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of best practice and innovative workforce planning strategies
* Ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate professional credibility with colleagues atall level
* Ability to analyse and understand complex business, finance and workforce data
* Previous experience in developing workforce strategies
* Experience in workforce information analysis
* Experience in producing and presenting workforce reports
* Experience developing a workforce strategy
* Experience of leading and coordinating workforce plans
* Experience in delivering workforce plans
* A good understanding change management processes
