Insurance &Compliance Adminstrator - Glasgow - £24,241

Our global FM client are actively recruiting for an INsurance & Compliance Administrator to assist with the administration of the Commercial function in areas such as meeting schedule management, pre-qualification questionnaires for suppliers, consultants and subcontractors, insurance chases and general admin around subcontractors.

Key Accountabilities:

Onboarding

* Onboarding of Suppliers, Consultants & Subcontractors via Pre-qualificationquestionnaire (PQQ) through to raising on relevant CAFM
* Ongoing PQQ checks and chases
* Annual insurance compliance checks and chases
* Annual Simple Compliance Training compliance checks and chases

Category Admin

* Market Intelligence to support Category Managers
* Prepare any contract documentation, pricing, scope and spec for new supplier or subcontractor agreements
* Subcontractor Database Management (one source of truth)
* Maintenance of Curtis Fitch Contract Management database* E-Sourcing support for the Category Managers throughout tender process
* Rebate calculation and chasing

Subcontractor Admin

* Supplier Relationship Meetings - scheduling meetings, preparing the packs and co-ordinating with other departments forinput
* Service credit chasing
* Mercury System Training
* Subcontractor uplifts
* Lift off report

Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:

* Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills including being acompetent user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously
* Experiencein supporting Contract negotiations, formatting and drafting
* Experience in the use of CAFM's Mercury and COMs
* Experience in the use of e-Sourcing and Contract Management platform Curtis Fitch
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to workto deadlines without chasing or constant supervision
* Good team player
* Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-movingenvironment
* Ideally have/working towards a CIPS qualification or willing to work towards this qualification
* Ability to work under pressure whilst carrying out multiple tasks
* Available to travel when required and flexible with working hours
