Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills? Have you got experience managing a team in a contact centre environment? Are you interested in joining one of the UKs largest online retail fashion brands? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join their Customer Excellence Team based out of a thriving modern office. We are searching for motivated individuals with experience managing and mentoring a team in a contact centre or service desk environment.
Salary - £29,000 per annum+ bonus + benefits + office perks
Location - 50/50 remote working split - office based near Watford
Shift Patterns - Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays

The Role
* Managinga team of customer care advisors in a contact centre environment
* Coaching and mentoring advisors, enabling them to deliverthe highest possible levels of customer service
* Responsible for the delivery and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs
* Identifyingareas of improvement from performance data
* Driving a high-performance culture
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Italian and English speaker
* Experience in leading a team in a contact centre or service desk environment, or similar high volume customer service environment
* Track record of coaching and developing team members
* Ability to display strong leadership skills
* Ability to think on your feet, and adapt to changing circumstances
