The Company:
Get Recruited are currently seekingan experienced Learning and Development Manager to join a growing organisation.
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will ensure that talent acquisition and management framework is comprehensive, work with employee and leadership teams to developa comprehensive talent management framework that is understood throughout the organisation and report to the board and executiveteam on workforce planning.
If you are from a Learning and Development background, this role may be suitable for you .The Learning and Development Manager role:
* Ensure that Managers are well trained in workforce development and confident in using performance and improvement strategies
* To develop and talent and leadership strategies to enhance career progression opportunities and improve succession planning
* Assess, report on, and develop employee recognition strategies
* Reviewcompetency framework and ensure managers are well trained and confident in using performance and improvement strategies.
* Anyother relevant duties as agreed to meet the changing needs of the business
The Person:
* Confident in own abilities, has a positive outlook and solutions focused
* Ideally has a CIPD qualification in workforce training and development
* Able to evaluate own and others performance in line with the objectives of the organisation
* Has experience of supporting linemanagers to undertake performance improvement and capability initiatives
* Understands requirements of the Care Quality Commission
