SRG Europe are recruiting on behalf of our leading Online Gaming clients for a Legal Claims & Company Secretarial Administrator. The role is reporting to the Assistant Company Secretary and has varied responsibilities including legal claims administration and regulatory and compliance matters, for example re licensing and payment settlements.If you are an experienced Legal Claims & Company Secretarial Administrator, and looking to take the next step in your careerthen this could be the role for you.

What You Will Be Doing
*
Legal claims administration
*
Control the legal claims administration process
*
Correspond with lawyers and relevant stakeholders within the business
*
Research and obtain players gaming data
*
Maintain tracking spreadsheet
*
Paymentsettlement management
*
Analytics about monthly claims received/paid/outstanding
*
Provide corporate information toother departments - Know Your Customer & due diligence requests
*
Support regulatory / compliance and licensing teams'needs with their requests relating to due diligence for personal data and corporate information
*
Support the Treasury department in relation to bank account opening and changes to bank mandates
*
Help manage and maintain Company Secretarial records (minute books, shared drive, company database)
*
Liaison with Companies Registries and corporate agents of Group*
Support with invoices
*
Arrange meetings, diary management
*
Document execution, (scanning documents, incomingpost & arrange couriers)
*
Assist with maintaining registers and trackers
*
Other adhoc admin tasks
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
Min 1 year working experience in office administration
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, inc Word, Excel & PowerPoint
*
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Reader
*Previous experience in a Claims administration/ Administration position
*
Knowledge of Corporate structures.
