My client, a private medical practice in Clarina, Co Limerick is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team on a part time basis (Thursdays & Fridays 9am - 6pm)
This role is ideal for anyone with previous experience in a legal or medical admin setting or anyone who has worked as a PA or EA.
The role is initially for a 3 month contract with a possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration experience , ideally in a medical or legal setting
Strong IT skills,
Experience with medical IT software, such as Socrates, would be an advantage
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A strong work ethic
Full clean driver's licence
