THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf ofa medical practice based in Preston, who are looking for an experienced Medical Records Summariser to join them on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and well organised Medical Records Summariser to join a busy and well-established practice.
THE ROLE:
* Culling and sorting patient record and lettings in preparation for summarising* Auditing data collection standards in the Practice
* Filing and retrieving paperwork
* Ensure that all confidential information is locked away securely at the end of the day
* Ensuring that medical records are complete and accurate ahead of eachconsulting session
* Inputting data using the Read Codes system
* To ensure patients' records are logged and kept up to dateand to ensure clinical staff find these easy to access
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience recording data in a medical practice
* DBS checked
* Communicate effectively with other team members, patients and carers
* Work effectively, managing own time, workload and resources
* Act in a professional manner at all times, protecting patient's confidentialityTO APPLY:
