I'm currently recruiting for a Office Administrator tojoin a busy team Birr, Co. Offaly.
THE ROLE:
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Provide administration support to the existing team
* Responsible for accounts: invoices, debit / credit and purchase orders
* Responsible for taking and processing orders over the phone
* Processing and updating supply sheets
* Working on the weighbridge when required
* Flexibility on working hours
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have atleast 2 years related experience, including accounts experience
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Excellent Organisational Skills
* Data entry and attention to detail skills
* Able to work in a team and on own initiative
* Immediately available
This is a temporary ongoing position with an immediate start
