The Role
My client, a market leader in the fuel industry, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join theirteam based in Mullingar, Westmeath. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounts, Production & external suppliers.
Tasks & Duties
* Assist the Sales department by processing orders through the ERP system and coordinating logistics.
* Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing any concerns or queries in a professional manner.
* Assist in issuing customer invoices.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
* File management including scanning and indexing documentation.
* Any ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy administrative position.
* Excellent administration skills withproficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Candidate must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
