My client based inNenagh is looking for an experienced office administrator to join their team for a number of weeks to cover an ongoing project.This role will start immediately and is for 5-7 weeks
Duties
* Daily maintenance and management of office systems
* Maintenance and processing of all paperwork associated with the operations of the business.
* Providing general administration support
* Supporting maintenance of the health and safety records
* Keeping records updated.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* A flexible, organised person, with good communication skills would be required,
* .Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
* Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Be detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own initiative.
* Previous experienceof document management systems will be an advantage.
* Ability to work on their own and also as part of a team
