THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working exclusively with a Growing Software Business, with a head office in the Netherlands and locations across Europe and the UK. The UK Office is based in the Redditch area and my client are looking to hire anOffice Assistant to support the Head of Finance and other department heads in the day-to-day Admin needs of their departments.The Office Assistant is responsible for.
OFFICE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Carrying out admin tasks such as updating and maintaining spreadsheets
* Assisting the department heads in various daily tasks
* Making and taking phone calls
* Filing
* Sending correspondence
* Liaise internally with other departments
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and competent in problem-solving
* Highly organised as well as havinggreat attention to detail
* Using your initiative to prioritise and multi-task
* Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
