THE OFFICE COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY:* As an Office Coordinator you'll be involved in providing general support to the office from answering the phone, taking messages, meeting visitors and formatting CV's
* General HR Admin such as; Offer letters, Contracts, and uploading data into theHR System
* Liaising with suppliers with regards to IT Issues and Software Faults, to ensure that they are resolved for usersquickly and efficiently.
* Ensuring new starters have all IT Equipment and Software login's required for their first day.
*Booking team events and social activity as required
* Running the monthly payroll
* Ensuring commissions are accurately paid* Supporting the Director with the day to day running of the business
* Supporting Recruiters to ensure they are able to carry out their duties
* Supporting with Marketing activity
THE PERSON:
* Must have strong administration experience within a busy commercial office environment as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar
* You'll need a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude
* Must be very confident around technology,be able to learn new systems and provide support to users throughout the business.
* You'll need to be at an intermediate oradvanced level with Microsoft products (Windows/Word/Excel/ Outlook) and be able to set up new computers for individuals joiningthe business
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to communicate with all members of the team to ensure that objectives are achieved
* Highly organised and professional individual who is able to ensure that key tasks are achieved on timewithin the deadlines.
