The Role
My client, an established business within the gaming market, is seeking an Office & HR Administrator to join their teambased in Buncrana, Co. Donegal. This is a full-time, permanent, office based position.
As the Office & HR Administrator,you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and operation of the team whilst performing a variety of tasks & duties.
Tasks & Duties
* Coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate databases to support the recruitment process.
* Managing the on boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Managing andmaintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records.
* Compiling and generating various HR-related reports for managerial review.
* Any ad-hoc administrative duties as they arise.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
* A minimum of two year's experience within administration#.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both written andverbal.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Experience with Bright Pay/People HR is a distinct advantage.
* Previous experience in HR administration is highly desirable.
