We are looking to recruit a Sales Support/Office Manager for our client, a leading Agribusiness in the Ireland and UK markets (based on the Carlow/Kilkenny boarder). The position involves overseeing the entire customer experience from orderprocessing to after-sales follow-up, to ensure that our clients customers are provided with a seamless service from start to finish.

Contract: Full time perm

Location: Carlow/Kilkenny (possibly also suit candidates in Wexford)

The role:

* Process machine orders from the customer, including confirming financial and delivery terms
* Intercompany machine Purchase Orderprocessing - both accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with our clients manufacturing facility on machine completion date andpayment terms
* Organise logistics of machine delivery to end-user and communication of same
* Accounts Receivable - Complete invoicing, organise and collect payment
* Complete a courtesy call to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
* Complete monthly invoicing file for accounts
* Process cash receipts as funds are received
* Work closely with sales and serviceand escalate customer issues as appropriate to ensure payment of invoices
* Collect payments for service orders
* Complete cash/debtors forecast file
* Process any account adjustments/credits (finance subsidy credits, sales credits etc…)
* Other admin duties as required by management



The ideal candidate:

* Proven experience within a customer service role* Committed to delivering best-in-class customer service and exceeding customer expectations
* Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
* Task driven focus with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritiseand manage time effectively
* An understanding of the agricultural industry or OEMs an advantage
* Proficient in the use ofCRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 and other collaboration platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams)
