FRS Recruitment on behalf of fantastic client is looking to recruit for the position of Office Manager in Navan Co. Meath
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of invoices and purchase orders
* Control of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using Sage
* Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
* Management of supporting documents
* Assist debt collection on weekly basis
* Monitoring and recording all day-to-day financial transactions
* Managing accounts emails and telephone queries from customers including overdue debtor invoices
* Preparation of VAT returns
* Assistingfinancial team in other duties which may arise
* Preparation of Health and Safety documentations
* Preparation of shippingdocuments
* Ordering supplies and materials
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in similar role
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience working with Sage
* Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem solving skills
* Strong IT knowledge
* Ability to work on own initiative under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Flexibility and excellent communication skills
