The Role
My client, a well-established accountants & advisers is seeking an experienced Office Manager/PersonalAssistant to join their team based in Kildare. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As the Office Manager/Personal Assistant you will manage the daily operations of a small, busy office, provide administrative assistance and support the Managing Director in their day-to-day.
Tasks & Duties
* Provide professional, efficient, and friendly front ofhouse reception and customer service.
* Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative duties & complete a broadrange of tasks including but not limited to diary management, scheduling meetings & preparation of meeting rooms.
* Managea small busy office including ordering of stationary & supplies.
* The main POC for internal and external queries.
* Assist with payroll and accounts where required.
* Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* A minimum of two year's experience supporting at C-Suite level.
* Previous office management experience.
* Excellent administration skills with proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Flexible and organised with a strong ability to multi-task.
