The Role
My client, an international accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experience Operations Administratorto join their team based in Dublin 2. This is a full-time, permanent, office- based position.
As a key member of the Operations Team, you will provide administrative support and assist with reception services in a fast- growing firm.
Tasks & Duties (this is a non-exhaustive list)
* Schedule and manage diaries and appointments.
* Organise team meetings.
* Provide general administration services to the team.
* Handle general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.* Work with Outlook calendars/email inboxes on behalf of others.
* Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
* Cover reception when needed and manage a suite of meeting rooms.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* A minimum of 3years' experience in a busy administrative or support role.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload with excellent time management skills.
* Strong IT skills (MS Office packages) is essential.
