£600-£650per day
Concept Resourcing are looking for a Organisation Design Practitioner to join a Central Government client based in Newport/Darlington or Fareham.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £600-650 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
Strategic Thinking and Experience
* Ability to act and think strategically
* Ability to see broader picture, and ensure advice is grounded in an organisational context.
* Experience of working within a complex programme or organisation
Role Specific
* Extensive knowledge of OD models, approaches and methodologies that underpin the design and implementation of OD interventions* Experience of workshop design and facilitation techniques and tools
Communication, Collaboration and Influence
* Excellent communication skills - and ability to develop and influence relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships at all levels
* Ability to influence decision making through negotiation with stakeholders, and the ability to understand political and emotional side of OD work and respond appropriately.
Organisation Deliveringat Pace
* Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
* Able to apply project management principles when managing the pipeline of OD work and within projects
* Ability to adapt and change in response to changing priorities
