PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR / SECRETARY (21 HOURS A WEEK)
LOUGHBOROUGH
UP TO £27,000 PRO RATA + BENEFITS + FLEXIBLE HOURS
THE COMPANY:
We're exclusively working with a highly successful business in the Loughborough area who due to a significant increase in business and some key client wins, they're looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator / Secretary to join the team for 21 hours a week.
The Administrator will support one of their Directors with preparing documents and proposalsfor clients, using spreadsheets to create quotations and ensuring documents are filled accurately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an administration / secretarial background looking to join a well-established business offering flexibleworking hours.
THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Working within a busy office environment
* Providing support the Director* Preparing detailed and accurate quotes for customers
* Using Excel to create complex quotations
* Handling the enquiries email inbox and responding to clients
* Liaising with customers and answering basic enquiries
* Accurately filling paperworkTHE PERSON:
* We're looking for a candidate from an administrative background
* An excellent communicator with the confidence to handle a variety of tasks within a busy department
* A proactive individual with a supportive nature to ensure smooth running of the department
* Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
