Description:

* Project Administrator / Project Secretary
* £16 - £18 per hour
* Initial 8 month temporary contract* Farnborough based
* Hybrid role working 3 days per week in Farnborough and the rest remotely



We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site and a lovely subsidised restaurant.This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours and work Monday to Thursday meaning you have every alternate Friday off.



The role is working 3 days a week on-site at their Farnborough offices and 2 days remotely per week.



We are looking for an experienced and successful Project Administrator who has ideally had a background within Construction/Engineering or Oil & Gas industries, is confident and able to work within a busy team and support on a large Project with a start date of January 2023



The role duties include (but are not limited to):-

* Arranging, booking and managing all aspects of team travel
* Assisting team with travel and general business expenses and expense reporting
* Liaising with the overall Project Team to arrange meeting facilities and catering where necessary
* Assisting team with general admin duties
* Recording actions arising from engineering Quality meetings
* Interface with all technical, procurement and contracts groups across distributed execution centres: Farnborough, Atyrau and Tengiz



The ideal candidate will have:-

* Previous experience in a supporting role within Construction/Engineering or Oil & Gas
* Previous experience of complex travel arranging including visa applications
* Capital ProjectEngineering, Procurement and Construction knowledge
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* High accuracy, proactive, self-starter with demonstrable attention to detail
* High interpersonal, communication and team player skills
* Will berequired to work in operating systems for example travel and expense reporting
* Training will be provided for specific systems
* Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
