Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Blackburn who,due to expansion, are seeking an outgoing Property Administrator to join their growing firm.
As the Property Administrator you will be accurately processing client details and liaising with third parties to ensure the prompt handling of client cases.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Property Administrator / Administration / Conveyancing background who is looking to join an ambitious, expanding and reputable company.
THE ROLE:
* Liaising with clients over phone, email and in person
* Dealing with third parties such as the Land Registery, Mortgage Lenders etc
* Processing various documents on the system accurately
* Liaising with the Head of Conveyancing/Property to work to deadlines
* Dealing with all incoming post
* Various other administration duties
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within Administration / Property / Conveyancing is essential
* Previous experience within Post-Completions is desirable
* High attention to detail
* Strong time management* Excellent communication skills
