Description:
My client based in Roscrea is looking for someone to cover their reception and do general admin duties.Monday to Friday 9-5.Immediate start!!
Duties:
* General clerical work, e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails, reception
* Working as part of a team
* Providing the highest quality standards in customer service
* Using Information Technology on a daily basis, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database, email and the Internet
* Maintaining high quality records in a thorough and organised manner
* Checking all work thoroughly to ensure it is completed to a high standard
Eligibility Criteria
* Previous administrative experience of at least 2 years
* Excellent Communication, Organisational and Time Management skills
* Ability to work on one's own initiative or in a team environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Possess excellent IT skills - especially Excel
