The Role
My client, a leading corporate law firm is urgently seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator to join their busy office based in Dublin 1. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As the receptionist/administrator, you will manage the reception & meeting room area's, greet clients & visitors and provide administrative support to staff.
Tasks & Duties
* Meeting & greeting clients.
* General reception duties.
* Managing meeting room calendars and booking meetings.
* Arranging couriers & taxis.
* Taking in deliveries, post etc - sorting and distributing post.
* Managing the Travel Desk.
* Managing file closings.
* Administrative/secretarial duties as required such as document management, dictaphone typing, photocopying, and scanning and invoicing.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years corporate reception, secretarial or administrative experience.
* Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
* Very strong MS Office & IT skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Fast and accurate typing skills (a minimum of 60 wpm)
* Excellent multi-tasking abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Strong abilityto work on your own initiative.
* Experience in a law firm is a distinct advantage.
* Only candidates currently residing inIreland with full working rights will be considered for this role.
