Description:
My client who is based in Ennis is town is looking for an administrator/receptionist to join their growing team. You will be first point of contact for all customers coming into the store and also you will be required to make a number of outgoing calls (NO SALES CALLS) on a daily basis to customers to arrange appointments. This could suit someone coming from a call centre role who is used to dealing with customers on the phone or someone who has worked in a busy and fast paced office environment
Duties:
* Diary Management
* Front of House
* Booking Appointments
* Patient Care - look afterall patients who attend or call the clinic
* Administration
Requirements:
* A high level of proven customer service experience
* Strong communication skills both written and oral
* Excellent telephone manner
* Previous office/secretarial experience is essential
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
