FRS Recruitment is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our busy client based in Portlaoise, Co.Laois
The Role:
* Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the station and alerting assigned staff emember of their arrival
* Act as the first point of contact for customers who visit the business or contact the business to learn about their services.
* Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email
* Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts
* Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
* Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
* Inform clients about new services and discounts
* Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
* Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
* Manage our call centre
* Maintain a tidy reception area
* Provide admin support with payroll, purchasing and invoicing when required.
* Other ad hot requirements may arise.
Requirement
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, Customer Service Agent or similar role
* Familiarity with processing transactions
* Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
* Solid organisation and record-keeping skills
* An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
* IT skills essential
* Goodnumerical skills essential
