£18,000 PA (PRO RATA)
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client, a leader in the child services sector, provide innovative care and educational services to child and young people with mixedand complex needs.
Operating across England and Wales, due to substantial growth our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their central HR function in Rossendale.
This is a brand-new role, so it is a fantastic opportunity for thesuccessful individual, starting as a 3-month fixed term contract, but is highly likely to extend and go permanent.
ESPONSIBILITIES:
* Providing key administrative support to regional manager to identify their recruitment needs
* Advertising new vacancies
* Shortlisting applicants
* Arranging/ co-ordinating interviews
* Providing applicant feedback
* Sending out offer packs
* Completing relevant checks - DBS, BPSS, reference checks etc
* Supporting management and applicants throughout the whole recruitment process
THE PERSON:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Previous experience in an administrative and customer service background - essential
* Previous experience in HR or Recruitment administration - desirable but not essential
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
