Description:

You will be:

Role Responsibilities:

* Monitor temporary Staff requests from clients, track and record requests on CRM, assign requests to recruiters as per team structure.
* Assist recruiters in management of end-to-end booking process
* Assist recruiters with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, schedule of assignments andother onboarding documents for temporary workers.
* Setting up new temporary workers with our accounts team
* Rebooking andextending contracts of candidates when necessary.
* Liaise with candidates to discuss compliance & paperwork requirements* If required assist with necessary compliance checks, ensuring they are completed accurately and promptly.
* Assist recruiters with candidate scheduling, including shifts, start dates, and location assignments.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide timely updates to clients and candidates.
* Prepare regular reports on placement status, including costings, sick leave,hours worked and other key performance metrics.
* Point of contact for candidates regarding timesheets/annual leave/ sick leave.
* Providing information regarding mileage claim forms and statutory sick pay to candidates
* Following up on weekly timesheets and logging hours for temp staff, and ensuring all hours are approved from the clients' side.
* Making continuous "in touch calls" to all placed temporary candidates and all pipeline candidates.
* Provide administrative support through application management systems.
* Working to daily and weekly KPIs assigned by your manager.
* Maintaining accurate CRM data and records as required by your role.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements:

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Experience in a Recruitment/administration/co-ordination or similar role.
* Previous experience with staff bookings or candidate bookings a strong advantage.
* Diploma/Degree level education.
* A proven track record in achieving project targets and workingtowards deadlines.
* Proficiency in using customer relations management systems (CRM) or similar systems.
* Critical thinker, confident solution focused.
* Good interpersonal, presentation and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in afast-paced and high-volume work environment.
* Good time-management skills.
* Flexibility to work on-call if required.
