Overview of the Recruitment Coordinator/Advisor:
As the Internal Recruitment Coordinator/ Advisor you will be an allocated resource supporting and taking responsibility for managing job requisitions from approval through to offer. You will also proactively manage queries and requests from the client relating to recruitment activitiesWhether working with the on-site Recruiters, Candidates, Hiring Managers or Suppliers, you will ensure all parties receive a quality-ledexperience. In particular, you'll have direct involvement in the candidate and Hiring Manager experience. You'll also play a keyrole in ensuring the talent acquisition and candidate management technology is used effectively.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of working within a Financially Regulated Environmement
Duties:
Supporting client stakeholders, client services and suppliers from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance across various specialisms and job gradesLiaison with candidates i.e. screening applications, calling to qualify their interest and processing their applications to theappropriate hiring manager
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager
Co-ordinating interviews, briefings and meetings forthe client
Owning job requisition/applicant activity and process flows for the client - this will include duties such as:Candidate submission and management
Completion of conditions form at offer stage
Posting and Advertising of roles to suppliers and client careers page
Contract creation and offer letter generation
Helping manage referral and internal applicants
Supporting with monthly invoicing process
Managing Temp and FTC requisitions and extensions
Ideal Background:The ideal candidate will have gained experience in either an Internal Recruitment capacity (gained in either an Insurance or Financial Service Type organisation), alternatively a background in HR Administration/Coordination would also be a strong advantage to the role.
